For over 40 years, the Kelly Fogelman Group (kf!g) has created “moving the needle” campaigns for some of the world’s most recognized brands, from beauty giants and aerospace innovators to sustainability leaders and cultural icons.

Founded by Michele "Mikey" Kelly and Ed Fogelman, kf!g is a marketing communications firm specializing in marketing strategy, reputation development, launches, branded events, and elite media access that shapes public perception, not just press coverage.

  • Cofounder & CEO

    Mikey is a strategic marketing and communications leader with a fearless streak for creating innovative campaigns that make international headlines. She launched kf!g, building it into an award-winning firm known for mold-breaking campaigns, bold creativity, and undeniable results.

    Before founding kf!g, Mikey was ABC’s first female account executive, launched the Nob Hill Gazette, and served as an on-air host for the TV show Kelly & Company. She also contributed as a columnist for San Francisco Magazine, profiling leading thinkers and cultural icons.

    Her work has landed billions of impressions, opened global conversations, and earned her a seat on the Advisory Board of New York’s elite Kelly Gang, alongside execs from American Express, Time Warner, and Hearst. She’s also an original board member of The Webbys.

    Educated at UC Berkeley, Mills College, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Mikey’s storytelling roots are deep – and her campaigns are unforgettable.


  • Cofounder & CFO

    Ed is the operational and financial strategist behind kf!g’s longevity and global reach. With over 35 years of involvement in international business, finance, and marketing, his professional experience gives him the ability to take a company to where they want to go.

    Ed was Senior Vice President and CFO of Landor Associates, the world-renowned branding agency, for two decades. He helped grow Landor from 40 employees into a globally recognized giant, opening offices across Europe, Mexico, South America, and Asia, while leading global financial strategy and market expansion.

    He started his career as a CPA with Deloitte, holds a business degree from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business, and has a sharp eye for balancing vision with execution.

    At kf!g, Ed leads strategy and operations, ensuring that big ideas don’t just make noise… they move the needle.
